When I found out about my pregnancy, questions immediately
rushed to my head that needed answering. One of these questions that I
consulted my doctor and pregnancy health care specialist with was whether I can
still have sex or not and if yes, what is the best or recommended sex position
for pregnant women? They both said that as long as I didn't have any health
problems and complications that could affect my pregnancy, I could have sex all
throughout my pregnancy.
So I decided to do some research for myself on what were
these sex positions and decided to try some out. There were those that were
pleasurable while others were rather difficult to do since my body began to
change and grow in size. For women who are pregnant and have gone through the
same process, here's a list of my favorite sex positions while going through my
pregnancy:
Woman on Top - this I would suggest to women who are still
very early in their pregnancy. Here, the woman has full control over the pace
and the thrust.
Spoon position - this is a very comfortable position where
the woman lies on her side, back against her partner, and curled up in a C
shape. The guy, since he is lying behind her, enters her from behind. Side by
side - similar to the Spoon position, the side by side's only difference is
that the couple faces each other during sex. The guy slips his leg over her and
enters her from a certain angle.
Many say you have the

your pregnancy. One of the top Obstetricians (and my personal favorite), Dr.
Irina, shows when it's safest and how to have the most exhilarating sex during
pregnancy in her latest book.
